Monte Cislon hiking tour
The Ludwig family will accompany you with great attention to detail and the right tips for an unforgettable holiday in the South Tyrolean Alps. Hospitality, helpfulness and service are very important in our house.
Hike on the Cislon mountain
From the pass at the entrance to the village of Trodena in the Nature Park, follow trail no. 3, initially flat above the village and then steeply along a path until you reach the “Leger” viewing platform. From here, pass the Jägerkreuz cross and follow trail no. 2A. Suddenly we find ourselves in an alpine scene: alpine roses, mountain pines, alpine silverroot, saxifrage and alpine clematis on the rocky steep slopes of the Cislon.
The panorama spans the Lagorai, Corno Nero and Corno Bianco ranges and the Adige Valley below. Now through mixed fir forest (trail no. 2) to the Cisloner Alm pasture (1,250 m, serviced). Return to Trodena via trail no. 1. On this hike you come across several viewpoints that are embedded in the natural landscape like a balcony (“Solder” in dialect) and invite you to linger, relax and marvel.
