Included services & booking conditions

• All prices are per person and day for stays of 3 nights or more. Prices for stays of less than three nights on request.
• For bed and breakfast we deduct € 10 from the daily price.
• Surcharge for single occupancy of a double room + € 12 per night
• Tourist tax € 2.50 per person and night from 14 years of age

Reservation conditions
The prices quoted are per person and day including a rich breakfast buffet, additionally a four-course menu of your choice as part of half board (meals not taken as per booking confirmation and services not used such as late arrival or early departure will not be refunded), use of the hotel facilities such as the use of sauna, steam bath, relaxation room, free parking directly at the hotel for cars and trailers.

Booking request
The contract is based exclusively on the information, descriptions and conditions in our price list, which is valid on the day of booking. With your written (fax/e-mail) registration you offer us the binding conclusion of the contract. The contract becomes binding for us when we have confirmed your booking in writing and you have confirmed it with a deposit for the room.

Pets on request!
Pets are not allowed in carpeted rooms. We charge 15 euros per day for your pet (without food) and ask for your understanding that we may charge a final cleaning fee if necessary. Pets are not allowed in the dining rooms, SPA area and sunbathing lawn. We are happy if you bring a blanket or basket for the room.

Arrival and departure
Your room will be available from 3 pm on the day of arrival. You should arrive by 6 pm; otherwise we ask you to inform us by telephone. We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

Wellness
Use of the Luvina wellness area is included. In winter daily from 3 pm to 7 pm and in summer at the same time on request, our wellness area consisting of a Turkish steam bath, a Finnish sauna, infrared cabin, outdoor whirlpool and relaxation room as well as an outdoor relaxation area is at your disposal. A sauna bag with bathrobe and slippers can be borrowed for € 10 for the entire duration of your stay.

Reservation
Your booking is binding as soon as you have received written confirmation from us by e-mail, fax or post. Reservations will only be accepted in writing, stating the full postal address and a telephone number. After confirmation by our hotel and the transfer of a deposit of at least € 100 per room, your reservation is binding. Please see our bank details below.

Cancellation conditions
There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code - however, we do grant you the following general cancellation conditions:

• Cancellation 29 to 10 days before the start of the vacation: 50% of the booked services will be charged
• Cancellation from 9 days before the start of the vacation: 100% of the booked services will be charged
• No show: If the booked rooms are not taken over for the agreed period without cancellation, the guest or the customer is obliged to pay 100% of the agreed total price, which is the agreed price for accommodation, meals and any other services. If not all booked beds are occupied or canceled, the percentage shall only apply to the agreed price for the unoccupied or canceled beds.
• Meals not consumed as per the booking confirmation and services not used will not be refunded. Changes to bookings will only be accepted in writing.
